He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Sands and Beatrice Sands. He is survived by: his siblings, Stanley, Jimmy Sands and Lillie Walker; and his siblings' children, Charity Sands, Chucky Walker, Randy Reece and Joshua Sands.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Baptist Church (2500 Maryville Pike, Knoxville, TN 37920). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
