She was predeceased by: her father Sheldon Hoover, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Judy; her stepfather John; her grandmother Lorena Rice; her brother Andy; her sister-in-law Rachel; and her children, Alyssa, Zoe and Riley. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any memorial donations be made to the Humane Society of Tennessee in honor of Carrie's lifelong love of animals.
