She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Agnes Belk and Joe Sam Belk; and her sister Mary Darlan Belk. She is survived by: her husband John Wesley Parks; her daughters, Jan Marie Parks and Amy Catherine Parks-Stuvland (Robby Stuvland); her siblings, Joseph Patrick Belk, Michael Everette Belk, Christopher Earle Belk and Ruth Anne Hurst; and her friends, Diana Bishop, Cyndie Drew, Cindy Webb, Gloria Summers, Jess Ann Cole and Joan Snoderly. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews a great-niece and great nephews.
