He was predeceased by : his former life partner Kimberly Michelle Riffey; his father Woodrow Riffey, Jr.; his sister Marsha Hunter-Smith; his grandfather Woodrow S. Riffey Sr.; his mother-in-law Naomi B. Pratt; his cousin Melissa Denton; and his nephew Cory McCubbins.

He is survived by : his wife Cherilyn Riffey; his mother Brenda Riffey; his children, Amanda Key (Robert), Catlyn Riffey, Tiffany Brewer and Forrest "Chip" Riffey; his grandchildren, Jon-Jon, Bray, Skyler, Malachi, Kimberly, Olivia, Ethan, Mya and Paislee; and his brothers, Woody Riffey III, Durk Riffey (Meeka), Curtis Riffey and Josh Hunter (April).
