He is survived by: his wife Katherine Kruse Mingie; his sons, Preston Mingie and Charles Landon Mingie; his mother Carol Mingie; his sister Mindy Poore; and his nephew Austin Poore. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
