Charles leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Charles’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He is survived by: his wife Rita; and his children, Yvonne Towers (Russ), Frank (Donna) and Mark. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
