She is survived by: her husband Doug Wise; her children, Monte Jones (Jimi Flynt) and Monica Galloway (Scott); her grandchildren, Beach, Brody and Bella Galloway; and her sister-in-law Norma Skeen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial gifts be made to The Pat Summitt Foundation for dementia research in Charlotte's honor.
