He is survived by: his wife Stacy Phillips; his mother Vicky Phillips; his children, Matthew Lamb (Emma), Ashton Lamb (Cameron), Abby Lamb (Micah), Lexi Lamb, Alexa Phillips and Madden Phillips; his grandson Ayden; his sister Amy Huskey (Tim); his parents-in-law, Gwen Campbell (David) and Faron Tolliver (Patsy); and his siblings-in-law, Casey Hunter (Tommy), Kendahl Nicholson (Tyler), Jessica Blakey (Ty) and Chris Campbell (April). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews; and his puppy.
