He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Lou Brown and Ernest Fulton; his siblings, Leroy Brown, Broderick Fulton, Gentry Fulton and Claudia Love; and his nephew Marcus L. Brown.

He is survived by: his siblings, Ernest Brown Jr. and Carolyn Fraley (Charlie); his great-nephew LaMarcus Brown; and his pet Luna.
