He was predeceased by: his parents, Della Rudd, and Daniel Rudd, Sr.; and his son Daniel Mitchell Rudd. He is survived by: his wife Nancy E. Rudd; his children, Jennifer Rudd, Lisa Fuller and Christopher Rudd; and his siblings, Steve Rudd, B. B. Rudd, Mattie Morgan, Betty Edwards and Janie Panner. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
