He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Carol Foote Nemeth; his sisters, Virginia and Mary Margaret Coffman; and his nephew Phillip Coffman. He is survived by: his daughter Ann Marie Woolsey; his son-in-law Wayne Woolsey; his grandchildren, Cody, Kara, Skye, Noah and Carolina; his great great grandchildren, Andrey, James and Emerson; his stepsons, Christopher Nemeth and Gregory Murillo; and his siblings, James Nemeth, Teta Wallace and Jeannie Mills.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in honor of David's life be made to "Kure It Cancer Research", a cause meaningful to the family and devoted champions in their fight against cancer.
