He was predeceased by: his wife Edna Jean Binkley; his parents, Robert T. Binkley and Oneda Binkley (White); and his brother Jerry Binkley. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Binkley and Julie Binkley; and his siblings, Marilyn Barnes and Fred Binkley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
