With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David Cox of Knoxville, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Cox and Katherine Price Cox. He is survived by: his wife Anna Faye Cox; his children, Kathy Ann Ellis (Robert) of Gallatin and David Anthony "Tony" Cox (Lea Ann) of Seymour; his sister Jackie Paulson (Terry); his grandchildren, Dustin Claxton, Abigail Ellis, Tanner Simeon-Cox (Hannah) of Colorado Springs and Tyller Reganne Stevens (Elijah) of Chattanooga; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Riley Claxton and Olive Layne Simeon Cox.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
