He is survived by: his former wife Angela Lister; his children, Nathan Lister (Haley) and Megan Walker (Patrick); his brothers, Michael Lister (Liz) and Frank Lister; and his siblings' children, Michael Lister (Leila), Simon Lister (Amanda), Jonathan Lister, Nick Lister and Sarah Lister (Phil).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations, in David's name, to be made to the Emerald Youth Foundation.
