He is survived by: his wife Pam Baxter; his children, Sonja Baxter and Eric Baxter (Beth); his grandsons, Bennett Baxter and Evan McDonald; his siblings, Laura Stensrud (David) of Lady Lake, FL., Ginny Plaxton (Jerry) of Lansing, MI, Bill Baxter (Karel) of Alma, MI, Ted Baxter of Charlotte, MI and Chuck Baxter (Bev) of St. Louis, MI; and his sister-in-law Jan Baxter of St. Louis, MI. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
