He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Shirley Appling and Charles Sands; and his aunt Cheryl O'Baugh (Appling). He is survived by: his parents, David Appling (Corina) and Debra Sands; his siblings, Danielle Bowman (Chris) and Chris Appling (Karen); his son Cameron Milligan; his cousin Dennis "Bubba" O'Baugh; his grandmother Etta Sands; his siblings' children, Lexi Jackson, Shaylyn Jackson, Makiya Martin, Kallie Disney, Elizabeth Appling, Dekota Jackson, Jozion Martin, Kaynan Bowman, CJ Appling and Dutton Appling; his aunts, Deborah Smith (John), Rhonda Williams (Gray) and Kristi Ridenour (Baby John); and his uncle Robbie Sands (Kathy). He is also survived by many cousins, extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Fountain City Chapel (2829 Rennoc Rd, Knoxville, TN 37918). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the same location.
