She is survived by: her husband Rick; her pet Manx; her granddaughter Nevaeh; her daughters, Koye Ellison Henderlight Cooper (Matthew Cooper) and Kara Elizabeth Henderlight (Justin Lechy); her grandson Benjamin Elijah Cooper; her mother Julie Moorefield-Kaminski; her siblings, Louis Moorefield, Dottie Linyard and Marion Len Moorefield (John Stewart); her nephews, Ben, Gray, Mack Linyard and James Moorefield; and her niece Meredith Lockamy.
