He is survived by: his children, Edward Landers (Stacey) of Andersonville, TN, Yolanda Vannoy of Knoxville, TN and Donna Landers Smith of Knoxville, TN; his grandson Nathan Landers (Samantha) of Powell, TN; his brother-in-law Rudy Pilkington (Dawn) of Shelbyville, TN; and his great grandchild Macon Marie Vannoy of Knoxville, TN..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mount Olive Baptist Church.
