He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Staley and Hannah Lawson Staley Williams (Lee); and his brothers, Frank Staley (Mary) and Bill Staley. He is survived by: his wife Mitsuko Staley; his sons, Fred Staley Jr., Richard Staley (Raquel), Brian Staley (Suzanne) and Jeff Staley; his grandchildren, Chris Staley (Leslie), Ethan Staley (Shelby), Tyler Staley (Jada), Hannah Staley, Keith Staley (Kayla) and Scott Staley; his sister Glenda Tucker (Bob); and his sister-in-law Jerrie Staley. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
