He was predeceased by: his parents, George Benjamin Dean and Loveda Ruth Dean (Ely). He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Dean; his children, Teresea Kennedy-Dean (Kelly) of Spokane, WA and Michelle Schmidt (Tom) of Knoxville, TN; his granddaughters, Andrea and Haley; his son Patrick Baker (Andrea) of Knoxville, TN; his grandson Tyler Baker (Thea); his siblings, Nancy Ruth Dean and Clyde Benjamin Dean of Central Point; and his niece Suzanne Schmidt (Andrew) of Eureka, CA..
