He was predeceased by: his wife Joy; and his parents, Nelson Rhoads and Mary Rhoads. He is survived by: his sister Betty; his brother-in-law Robert Davis; his son-in-law William Kraatz; and his children, Sandra Kraatz, Kenneth (Gwen Rhoads) and Lynn (Steve Vaught). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
