With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Grover Cecil Arp of Knoxville, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Grover left this world on May 29, 2024 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lola Arp and Clyde Arp (Grover Cecil Hughes Sr.); and his siblings, Carol Arp, Deloris Mahan and Mike Arp.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Arp (Terrie) and Michelle Arp Baker (Tom); his sisters, Sharon Rogers and Brenda Jacques; and his wife Paulette. He is also survived by his family, grandchildren and new friends.
