He is survived by: his wife Barbara Witt; his children, Kevin Welch and Kristi Boring (Rob); his grandchildren, Natasha Finley (Daniel), Hunter Rains (Mackenzie) and Skyler Rains; his sister Edna Williams; his siblings-in-law, Duwayne Busler (Sherry) and Angel Acuff (Sherman); and his caregiver Dr. Nathan Smith. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
