She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Axley and Naomi Thompson Axley; her husband Charlie; and her grandson David Shankles. She is survived by: her children, Mike Guthrey (Joan) and Karen Shankles (Roland). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
