He is survived by: his son John E. Lewis (Melonie); his grandson Luke Lewis; his great grandchildren, Adley Jane Lewis and Raelynn Avery Lewis; his sisters-in-law, Christine Lewis and Peggy S. Murphy; his nephews, Jeff and Jason Lewis; and his great-nephew Evan Lewis. He is also survived by several other extended family members colleagues and friends.
