He is survived by: his sons, Darrell Lackey and Gary Lackey of Knoxville; his sisters, Norma Lewis, Virginia and Debbie Kirby of Knoxville; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Kirby of Knoxville, Greg Brewster of Colorado, Kathy Ford of Sterling, Virginia, Terri Reed and Jan Kirby of Knoxville. He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
