He is survived by: his wife Trula "Wanda" Monroe; his sons, James Monroe and Calvin Monroe; his grandchildren, James Monroe, Miranda Reavis and Aubrey; his siblings, Everett Monroe, Marleen Turner and Charlene Goodwin; and his nieces and nephews, Eddie, Jason, Travis, Adam, Senaca, Jerry, Rusty, Samuel, Luke, Teresa, Toni, Kristen and Hollie.
