He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor E. Arning Jr. and Katherine McBath Arning; and his sister Margaret Pfeifer. He is survived by: his sons, Nic Arning Jr. (Penny) and David Arning (Meg); and his grandsons, Matthew Arning and Russell Arning.
