She was predeceased by: her mother Madlyn Erdely; her stepfather Andrew Erdely; her father Raymond Lacy; and her pet Rosie. She is survived by: her son Andrew J. Perna II (Angela); her grandchildren, Carys, Madalynn, Hayden, Maddox and Sofia; her daughter Amy J. Smith (Kevin); her grandchildren, Isabelle and Addison; her son Michael V. Perna (Joann); her grandchildren, Joseph, Michael, Vincent (Taylor) and Kalyssa; her siblings, Joseph Lacy (Jayna), Susan Lacy Fisher (Gary) and James Urcuiolio (Laura); and her former husband Andrew J. Perna. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, siblings, former husband and many other family members.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the OneLife Church-Ball Road (7421 Ball Rd, Knoxville, TN 37931). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made in Jane's memory to Sacred Ground Hospice House (1120 Dry Gap Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee 37918).
