He is survived by: his mother Mary Jane McGlothin; his brothers, Chris McGlothin (April) and Brent McGlothin (Olivia); his nieces, Kaitlyn and Kamryn McGlothin; his friends, John Surber, Steve, Charles West, Dwayne Jones and Glenn Arrington; and his caregiver Jenny Glenn.
