He is survived by: his children, Zander Wample and Elliana Wample; his stepfather Sherriee; his brothers, Joshua Wample (Evin) and Martin F. Wample (Sherry); his stepsister Kelli Houck; the mother of his children Chelsey Wample; and his siblings' children, Zachary Wample, Maranda Ellsworth (Justin), Xavier Wample and Dominic Wample. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
