He was predeceased by: his wife Mary "Kathy" Cox; his parents, Gene Cox and Marie Cox Weeks (Bill); his parents-in-law, Bill and Betsy Ward; his siblings-in-law, Sue Cox, Juanita Selvidge, Wanda Childress, Shirley Trott and Melvin Ward; and his nephews, Ronnie Ward and Edwin Myers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gina Middleton (Chris), Lisa Cox and Tammy Wolfenbarger (Jim); his grandchildren, Blake, Ethan (Hana Kirsch), Corbin Wolfenbarger and Micaelyn Jarvis (Marcus); his great grandchild Aria Cline; his siblings, Dennis Cox, Kenneth Cox (Jackie) and Judy LeTard (Frank); and his siblings-in-law, Gary Childress, Jerry Trott, Ronald Ward (Candy) and Dorothy Myers (Eddie).
