Joann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Skinner and Celia Westbrook Skinner (Ray Simpson); her daughters, Sabrina Kent and Sandra Presley; her son-in-law Rick Presley; and her brother Jimmy Skinner (Julia Skinner).
She is survived by: her brother Billy Skinner (Iva Skinner); her son-in-law Chuck Kent (Debbie Kent); her grandchildren, Rachel Presley, Jessica Strutz (Brian Strutz), Andrea Presley Torbett (Scott Torbett) and John Parker Presley (Megan McBride Presley); and her great grandchild Charlotte Torbett. She is also survived by caregivers and new friends.
