He was predeceased by: his parents, Celous Yale Wallen and Ruth Ritter Wallen. He is survived by: his siblings, Roy Wallen'Skeet' (Brenda), Howard Wallen, Bob Wallen, Jim Wallen, Gary Wallen (Len), Jeff Wallen, Becky Harold and Melissa Sifford; and his cousins, Steve Ritter and David Ritter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
