It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Ely of Knoxville, Tennessee, born in Bridgeport, Alabama, who passed away on August 11, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Ely and Madeline Ely; and his daughter Debbie Buehler-Ely. He is survived by: his wife Anne. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren, one great-grand child, four step-grandchildren and one step-great grandchild.
