He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cecil Baugh and Neolene Childress Baugh; and his wife Patti Jane Lay. He is survived by: his children, John Edwin Baugh, Sarah Lauren Baugh Coughlin (Dennis) and Thomas Chandler Baugh; his granddaughter Ruthanne Louise Coughlin; his sisters, Cathy Greenberg (Bob) and Julie Shu (Rodney); his brother-in-law F. Edwin Lay, Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Julie Kinzer Holt, Meg Kinzer of Charleston, SC, Andrew Shu of Birmingham, AL, Beth Shu of Birmingham, AL and Martha Jane Lay of Nashville, TN; and his pet Dusti Rose Baugh. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
