He is survived by: his children, Timothy Victor Scott and Tamatha Michelle Scott Stewart (David); his granddaughters, Sarah Michelle Brown (Justin) and Heather Mae Sharp (Eric); his great grandchild Tyger; and his brothers, Doug (Jeannie) and Kevin Scott.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rose Funeral. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the New Gray Cemetery (2724 Western Ave, Knoxville, TN 37921).
