He was predeceased by: his parents, John McHale and Myrna McHale. He is survived by: his children, Jestina Bunch (Steven), Amy Hazelip (Josh), Megan Wantland (Brad) and Ryan McHale (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Tathen, Kyryn, Emma of Ayden, AJ and Mercy.

In Lieu of flowers, Justin's wishes were for donations to be made to All Saints Catholic Church, 620 Cedar Bluff Rd, Knoxville, TN 37923.
