She was predeceased by: her husband Joe; her parents, Frank Miller and Katherine Miller; her sister Roberta Miller Francis (Bobbye); and her son Herbert Horner (Herby).

She is survived by: her daughter Katrina; her son-in-law James Fox (Bucky); her son Wendell Horner; her grandchildren, Renee Lee (Mitch), Daniel Horner (Jennifer), Sam Horner (Kim), Matthew Horner, Katie Horner, Haley Horner and Travis Fox; her great grandchildren, Anna Holcomb (Jamie), Joseph Horner, Katelyn Rimmer, Issac, Wren, Elodie, Jude Horner, Jayci Coker, Mylie Horner and Cailor Hundley; and her great great grandchild Alex Holcomb. She is also survived by mother to her children and grandmother to her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and their spouses.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Berry Funeral Home (3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (4500 Woodlawn Pike, Knoxville, TN 37920).
