He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Webb and Florence Webb; his son Jason Webb; his grandson Holden Barnwell; and his siblings, Oliver Ray Webb, Gordon Webb, Carlene Evans, Midge Korsnik, Betty Lou Scott, Joy Swatzyna and Jo Edith Elswick.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Webb; his daughter Kristen Barnwell (Tony); his stepson David Coker (Tanya); his grandchildren, Brittany Kitts (TJ), Shea Phillips (Colton), Hannah Barnwell, Hunter Webb, Morgon Webb and Landon Webb; his great grandchildren, Cassidy Trent, Kyleigh Trent and Casen Phillips; and his sisters, Sandra Dale Webb and Johnnie Karen Poole (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
