He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carl and Freeda Mae Stover; and his brother Bobby Dean Stover. He is survived by: his wife Beulah Stover; his children, Lee Wiant (Ken) of Knoxville, TN, Robert Stover (Hien) of Ooltewah, TN and Wayne Stover of Knoxville, TN.; his grandchildren, Kyle Stover of Denver, CO, Julia Wiant of Knoxville, TN and Faith Stover of Ooltewah, TN.; and his sisters, Virginia Stover of Daniels, WV, Cinda Guy of Maple Fork, WV and Linda Hill of Witcher Creek, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
