He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Pack and Myrtle Pack; and his sister Neva Ann Curb. He is survived by: his wife Susan Pack; his children, Christopher D. Pack and Kimberly White (Jeff); his grandchildren, Emily and Connor White; and his siblings, Ruth Ann Pyle and Bill Pack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
