He was predeceased by: his daughter Alyssa Frank; his parents, George Frank and Marjorie Frank; and his sister Barbara Crump. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Bonsky Frank; his son Nathan Frank; and his sisters, Cheryl Sy and Marilyn Webb.
