She was predeceased by: her husbands, Ronald Edward Boruff and Robert Kevin Spurlock; her parents, Shirley Jean (Mauk) and James Franklin Lee; and her niece Rebecca Tucker.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Lee Spurlock, Christy Renee Phillips and Christopher Ray Phillips; her sister Jeannie Tucker; her nephew David Scott (Knoxville); and her brother-in-law Steve Boruff (Hilred Crabtree) of Karns. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
