She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Vaughn and Birdie Vaughn. She is survived by: her husband Fred Lay; her children, Russell Lay (Lissa), Rhonda Archer (Jeff) and Julie Pratt (Jeff); her grandchildren, Carey Melton (Craig), Amanda Adams (Michael), Chris Archer (Heather), Cole Pratt (Christina), Josh Archer (Allison), Madison Oakley (Corey), Ben Archer (Sarah) and Alec Pratt (Whitney); and her sister Irma Lee Hillard. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and another great-grandchild.
Memorial donations in Louella's name may be made to the Fred Lay Adult Home.
