It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille (Blanton) Lockhart of Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on May 10, 2026, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Lockhart; her parents, Gurley Blanton and Arlie Blanton; her siblings, Kenneth Blanton and Almeda Boruff (Blanton); and her sons-in-law, Eddie Turley and Donnie Calloway.

She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Calloway (Lockhart) and Deborah Turley (Lockhart); her granddaughters, Natalie P. Cox and Danielle Turner (Austin); and her great grandchildren, Molly June and Jennings Turner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Union Baptist Church, 8244 Maynardville Hwy Knoxville, TN 37938.
