He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Thomas and Rosie Ann Hubbard Bailey; his brothers, Al Bailey, Leon Bailey and Junior Bailey; and his son Victor Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Davison Bailey; his sons, Michael and Christopher Bailey; his siblings, Eric Bailey (Regina), Kathy McGhee, Joe Bailey (Felicia), Brenda Wilkerson (Paul), Ira Bailey and David Bailey; and his grandchildren, Ruby Bailey, River Bailey, Elijah Bailey, Miranda Davison, Marty Davison and Nicholas Cole. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fielden Funeral Home (910 Churchview St, New Market, TN 37820). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Valley View Cemetery (2068 Rocky Valley Rd, New Market, TN 37820).
In lieu of flower donations can be made to the funeral home to assist with the expense.
