He was predeceased by: his father J. B. Bach, Sr.; his grandparents, Sherman Wesley Neff, Fred, Ruth Phillips, Joseph and Josephine Bach; his son Garth Scarbrough; and his nephew Tyler Smelcer.
He is survived by: his children, Lillie Bach and Garon Bach (Carolyn Bach); his siblings, Stella Smelcer (Tommy), Carolyn Lee Bach, J. B. Bach (Kathy) and Joe Bach (Morgan); and his close friend Gizmo. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and his beloved brothers.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the South Knoxville Worship Center (3910 Woodlawn Pike, Knoxville, TN 37920). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the East Tenennee Veterans Cemetery (2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37914).
