He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Caldwell and Helen Caldwell; and his sister Cherie DuPertuis. He is survived by: his siblings, Amy Bokenkamp, Jay Caldwell (Debbie), Kevin Caldwell (Cheryl) and Jonathan Caldwell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
