He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Burnette Sr. and Eleanor Burnette; his siblings, Daniel Burnette and Becky Powell; and his sister-in-law Martha Burnette.
He is survived by: his wife Susanne Burnette; his brother Ben Burnette Jr.; his sister-in-law Judy Burnette; his children, Mark Burnette (Heather), Erin Burnette (Georgianne Stinnett) and Ben Burnette III (Ashley); his granddaughters, Madison, Carinne and Eleanor; and his nieces and nephews, Jamie Copeland, Adam Bush, Kari Copeland and Hannah Stephens.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Central Baptist Church Fountain City, the Boys and Girls Club of Tennessee Valley, or Operation Inasmuch.
